It is our pleasure to assist you in maximizing your insurance benefit by competing and filing your claim forms. Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental expense. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due at the time treatment is performed.
Payment Terms:
Payment in full is due when services are performed.
